No legally protected professional title is held. The services offered are training and exercise services. They are neither medical treatment nor the practice of medicine within the meaning of the German Alternative Practitioners Act.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.
